Having previously worked with Illuminaries on the MRI Database, the British Association of MR Radiographers (BAMRR) again approached Illuminaries to redevelop their website.

The website requirements included a complete redesign of what was a pretty tired website. The group at that time, were keeping membership details in a simple spreadsheet, this data was to be transferred to a new database model, which would allow members to log in to a secure members area. The website was also given a content management system, for which Illuminaries used their own in house creation – Fooshy.

Over time, BAMRR began to realise other areas where the website could be made to work for them, and so again approached Illuminaries to make additional alteration to the site. The website now has the ability for groups to sign up, where each group member of the group has their own personal log in for the website. The administrators of the website can now also create newsletters, which can be emailed to their members.

Illuminaries continue to provide support for the BAMRR website.

The BAMRR website was written in ASP.NET (Framework 1.1) and uses the Fooshy content management system.
