Sheffield Teaching Hospitals - Touch Screen Patient Questionnaire
The original e-PAQ system was designed to assess and diagnose female pelvic floor problems but has been re-engineered into a more generic form to cater for any clinical or other instrument following the e-PAQ approach. The application will automatically adapt the flow through the questionnaire depending on responses given to certain questions, either by skipping sections or individual questions or asking more probing ones.

Leeds Teaching Hospitals - Child Protection Database
A browser-based application developed using Microsoft .net technologies and running across the Leeds Teaching Hospitals network, provides screens to manage workflow from referral through to reporting. Clinicians can upload and annotate photographic images to the database made during the examinations as well as perform keyword searches on image tags and reports.
Sheffield Teaching Hospitals/District General Hospitals - Haemato-Oncology Diagnostic Service (HODS)
The Haemato-Oncology Diagnostic Service for South Yorkshire is based at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals (STH) and was set up to provide a centralised service within the county for the diagnosis of blood related cancer cases. Biopsy and other samples taken from patients suspected of having a blood related cancer are sent to Sheffield Teaching Hospitals for lab testing. Some samples may be forwarded to Sheffield Childrens’ Hospital (SCH) for further, specialist genetic tests.
